NJTA Will Hold a Virtual Public Hearing on Proposed Improvements to PNC Bank Arts Center Service Road

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority will hold a public hearing on proposed operational improvements to the east-west service road at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel. The hearing will be held virtually at 6 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2021. Members of the public are invited to participate by video or audio.

The proposed project would provide conventional right-hand side drive operation on the East-West PNC Service Road, improving the operation of the intersections of the Service Road and the exit ramps to the southbound and northbound Garden State Parkway. The project will also include lane control system improvements, roadway and parking lot lighting improvements, pedestrian access and ADA improvements, stormwater management, roadway resurfacing, signing, striping, and other ancillary work.

To participate in the meeting by video, use a web-connected device to visit the Authority’s website, www.njta.com, and click on the link for the Contract No. P300.535 EO 172 Public Hearing. (The link to the WebEx will be live on the website on the day of the hearing.) When prompted, enter your first and last name and your email address. The event passcode will be filled in automatically. Press “Join Now” to join the meeting.

The hearing will be recorded and posted on the NJTA website after its conclusion.
