Please Note: The New Jersey Turnpike Authority does not retain investigation reports to a fatal crash or additional documents other than the NJTR-1 Report. You may visit the portal https://www.njportal.com/NJSP/CrashReports/Home/Index and fill out the Records Request for a Serious/Fatal Crash form, or contact the New Jersey State Police Criminal Justice Records Bureau Discovery Unit at (609)882-2000.
