NJTA is Selling Surplus Equipment, Vehicles, and Parts; Sealed Bids are due by 11 a.m. Nov. 22nd

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is offering surplus vehicles, landscaping equipment, and other items for sale by sealed bid.

The 81 items being sold include cars, pickups, SUVs, vans, dump trucks, trimmers, handheld and backpack blowers, pole saws, chainsaws, tires, and parts. Click here for a complete list of the items being sold along with information on minimum bids and item condition. 

The sale items will be available for inspection by appointment only between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. November 15th to 19th at the Turnpike Authority Property Control Surplus Yard, Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel (off Exit 116 of the Garden State Parkway). Required appointment time slots will be approximately one hour per person, and a maximum of four bidders are allowed at the same time.

All bids must be received by 11 a.m. on November 22nd to be considered.

There will be no in-person attendance at the bid opening. To participate in the conference call, please dial 1-646-992-2010 and use the meeting number/access code 2334 545 7852. Conference call access will be open five minutes prior to the bid opening and will remain open until all bids have been read.
