NJTA is selling surplus vehicles, equipment, parts, and other items by sealed bid; bids are due by 11 a.m. May 12th

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is offering surplus vehicles, equipment, parts, and other items for sale by sealed bid.

The 69 items being sold include SUVs, pickup trucks, vans, sedans, dump trucks, a street cleaner, a tractor, a fork lift, mowers, plows, generators, and other equipment, parts, and supplies. The sale items will be available for inspection by appointment only between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. from May 3rd through May 7th and again on May 10th and 11th at the NJTA Property Control Surplus Yard on Crawford’s Corner Road in Holmdel (off Exit 116 of the Garden State Parkway).

The bid opening will be held on May 12th at 11 a.m. All bids must be received before that time.

There will be no in-person attendance at the bid opening. To attend by conference call, dial 1-646-992-2021 and, when prompted, enter the meeting #/access code 129 351 9063. The conference call will open five minutes before the bid opening and remain open until all bids have been read.
