New Jersey E-ZPass system outage interrupts customer service functions

Due to a system outage, the New Jersey E-ZPass Customer Service Center has been off line since early this morning. The website, voicemail, and other automated services are not available. The contractor who operates the Customer Service Center on behalf of the New Jersey E-ZPass Group is working to restore the system. More details will be provided when they become available.
