RM-163363 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR LABORATORY SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS

ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY ANALYTICAL AND FIELD SERVICES FOR REMEDIATION PROJECTS ON THE NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE AND GARDEN STATE PARKWAY

 

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting statements of qualifications from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) certified laboratories interested in providing NJDEP certified, “Environmental Analytical Laboratory Services”, for the Authority. Laboratory Services are defined as NJDEP certified analytical testing of air, soil, and/or water (surface, groundwater and/or potable water) samples for contamination. Samples will be collected by the Authority’s environmental consultants while the laboratory will provide the Authority and environmental consultant with all results/reports via online application, hardcopy and electronic version.

Most of the Authority’s samples require laboratory analysis predominantly for the following parameters:

Soil and water parameters include 1. TCL Volatile Organic Compounds; 2. TCL Semi-Volatile Compounds; 3. Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons (EPH); 4. Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylene (BTEX). 5. Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether (MTBE). 6. Tertiary Butyl Alcohol (TBA).

Laboratories interested in providing the services described above must submit the documents, which satisfactorily responds to the Prequalification Requirements.

Any Laboratory unable to view the Authority’s website and needs to obtain the Prequalification Requirements, which has questions shall request in writing via email to John J. All laboratories which meet the minimum requirements criteria will be sent a Request for Bid.
