It is the intention of the Authority to issue a Purchase Order/Notice of Award “NOA” for the procurement of
55 GALLON CLEAR TRASH CAN LINERS. Items purchased under this contract will be delivered as directed by the Authority.
The term of the contract shall be for “two (2) years with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms at the Authority’s discretion and the vendor’s concurrence”.
